All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

We encourage you to double-check your order details, size, and shipping information before completing your purchase. If there is an issue with your order that was due to a mistake on our end (wrong item received, defect, etc.), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at yasloungewear@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos.

Damaged or incorrect items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging to qualify for resolution.
